Why QBs Shouldn’t Attempt To Tackle

Kurt Warner is one of the greatest sports stories in history. His journey from grocery store worker to Super Bowl MVP could  have been written as a Disney Movie script any better. Warner is most likely a sure thing  Hall of Famer, he has led two different teams to the Super Bowl, winning one of them. He is a 5-time Pro Bowler and 2-time NFL MVP.

Basically Kurt Warner has made a lot of great choices in his life…but in what may turnout to be his last game on Saturday he made a not so great choice.  After throwing an interception to Saints defensive lineman Will Smith, Warner thought it best to try to help tackle the 6’3 285 pound monster.

Kurt Warner is 38 going on 50 and has already been contemplating retirement before the game but after Bobby McCray’s hit (shown below), he may be closer to retirement then returning.
