Harris is ranked 30th among all wide receivers

It may be a “dead period” in college football recruiting but that hasn’t slowed down new Louisville coach Charlie Strong from bringing in big name recruits.

According to Howie Lindsey and Rivals.com Louisville has landed yet another big name Florida recruit, this time its 4-star wide receiver Michaelee Harris of Miami Northwestern.

Harris is listed as 6’0  185 pounds and runs a 4.5 40 yard dash according to several recruiting websites. He chose the Cardinals over Miami (Fl), Georgia, Tennessee, West Virginia, Alabama, Mississippi, Mississippi State, UCF.

Michaelee Harris is also now the second player from Miami Northwestern to commit to the Cards, joining running back Corvin Lamb. This might not be the last time Louisville fans hear this school mentioned in recruiting as Louisville and coach Strong are also going after talented defensive tackle Todd Chandler.
