Good golf course = good field.

This week the PGA Tour begins the Florida swing as the next four events will reside in the sunshine state. The PGA National Championship Course has been host to the PGA Championship & Ryder Cup Tournament and is one of the hardest golf courses played on the PGA Tour. The golf course was designed by Tom Fazio and redesigned by Jack Nicklaus and has a tremendous amount of water hazards and strategic bunkers throughout the course. You will hear alot about the “Bear Trap” in the coverage this weekend refering to holes #15-17, and how the leaders handle themselves on this stretch will be key. The field this week is strong as the world #2, Sergio Garcia, British Open & PGA Champions, Padrig Harrington, & defending champion Ernie Els are teeing it up.
